Recent advancements in the field of macroarray analysis has provided us with the Statistical Analysis of Macroarray method for analyzing biopsy samples for protein expression. This method has provided much richer information about the protein differential expression profiles and is particularly useful in the estimation of false discovery rates and miss rates, further increasing the accuracy of our diagnostic data.
